Good Monday Morning! 🌤️If you were expecting fewer listings to hit the market with Thanksgiving just 10 days away, you’re in for a pleasant surprise! This week’s activity kept up with the recent upward trend 📈 as 37 new homes were offered for sale - 🆙 23% more than this time last year. In fact, there are 18% more homes on the market overall 👏 (across our ten cities and towns) than we saw in 2023. Which areas are seeing the biggest gains?
