    Good Monday Morning! 🌤️If you were expecting fewer listings to hit the market with Thanksgiving just 10 days away, you’re in for a pleasant surprise! This week’s activity kept up with the recent upward trend 📈 as 37 new homes were offered for sale - 🆙 23% more than this time last year. In fact, there are 18% more homes on the market overall 👏 (across our ten cities and towns) than we saw in 2023. Which areas are seeing the biggest gains? Check out the new comparison chart on the Active Listings page below for details.There were 20 new price changes this week, including one increase in Rehoboth. I’m sure some sellers are hoping to celebrate the holidays with a sale - there are some REALLY NICE homes on this list! At first glance it would seem that these stats haven’t changed much throughout the year, but the underlying details show that the $ paid over list has been on a slow decline.
